The free 24-hour trial lets you test the full service with no payment information. The best way to avoid a refund situation is to confirm everything works during your trial.
Refund window
- If you experience a technical problem we cannot resolve, you may request a refund within 3 days of your purchase.
- Refunds are not available once a significant portion of a subscription period has been used, or for issues caused by your own device, network, or ISP that are outside our control.
- Promotional, discounted, and renewal payments may be non-refundable where stated at purchase.
How to request a refund

Chargebacks
